Confessions of a Diesel-Blender, Bio-Blender, WVO-Petro-Blender.

I began blending Diesel, using waste vegetable oil and petroleum products 3 months ago. It was innocent at first but has grown into an obsession. Prowling the back alley ways on the lookout for chubs of discarded cooking oil. Checking the wholesale fuel distributors of bulk Kerosene. Reading the blogs and posts on the forums about blending, additives and the like.

I just made Diesel for $1.35 a gallon.

Unlike the chemical process that the bio-fuel guys use, I keep the glycerin in the oil for the added power output. The difference is almost 40% greater power and mileage than Commercial bio-diesel with the glycerin taken out. I'm just using kerosene, naphtha and Unleaded gas to thin the waste veggie oil to match the viscosity of #2 diesel. This way the injectors do a good job of misting it into the engine. I just screen, filter, add kerosene, Naphtha, gas and go. No chemicals, washing oil, drying oil, or any engine adjustments, just as simple as can be!

I just made WVO Diesel for $1.35 a gallon.

With this system it can be used at 100% blended fuel, or with any blend of #2 diesel you can think of without any worries of problems, mixing, or settling.

Every engine I that I have used it in gains at least if not more than 25% power, and fuel mileage. My '2001 F-250 PowerStroke Diesel Ford Pickup went from 16mpg with #2 diesel up to 20-23mpg on blended fuel. It's unbelievable!

I currently have over 1,000 miles on my mixture. No pump bought diesel.

I just made WVO Diesel filter.

Today I made a video of my process. I will be posting it on U-Tube in the coming days.

Below I have placed a picture of my processor. It will hold 87 gallons. I produce batches of 30 gallons at a time.

I have to give you my sincere congratulations.

Sounds like a like a labour of love or may be just sheer economics.

Would I have to believe, you understand a little of all these products in the mixture?

May be you better start looking over your shoulder the big petrol companies may come after you and offer you .1 of a cent per gallon, so you forget about it.

Can you imagine how much you will cost those behemoths?

Thank you

It's a great process that you've done!  But will the cost not go up too when it is produced commercially?  There will be a demand for used veggie oil and other ingredients and the law of economics always apply that when demand is high, prices go up.  Maybe it would be nice to promote your process for individuals so demand will not be too much.  My kudos to your achievement!
